Do you guarantee your products or services?

Custom products are unique and are not returnable unless they are damaged in shipment. We offer a 30 day guarantee against damaged product by the shipper. Please call or e-mail us with the details for a return authorization number and return instructions. Your product will be replaced as quickly as possible. We take great care and pride in every order, along with providing high quality frames and boxes for our mounted tiles. As these are CUSTOM orders, they can not be returned for any other reason. If you're ordering several items, you are free to order one ahead of the rest to view the quality prior to having us complete the rest of your order.

What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?

That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll start your order.

How do you clean these special ceramic tiles? How do you care for the wood boxes and velvet boxes?

Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the tile - avoid using cleansers that are caustic or abrasive. Wipe dry with a soft cloth. Treat the wood boxes as you would any piece of fine wood furniture. The velvet boxes be cleaned with a lint brush. With proper care, all of our products will last for years.

If I'm ordering a mural without a frame, will the professional tile installer know how to mount a tile mural?

We include instructions for installation with every unmounted tile mural we ship. We also have a list of professional installers throughout the U.S. and Canada which you can request. The process is very similar to regular tile installation except a good quality, non-abrasive caulk or grout is used. The mural is wiped down with soft, non-abrasive cloth to avoid scratching the surface. The tiles are about as hard as glass, and just like glass, they can be scratched by concrete chips, sharp metal, sand, etc. A professional installer can mount your mural quickly and beautifully.

Once you receive my image or photo file and any text/words I want added, how long does it take to do the artwork? After the artwork is done, how long does it take to produce my custom piece?

Generally we can have your artwork completed within one business day and e-mail back a layout to you for approval. Upon your final approval of the layout, we normally have your custom order produced in 5 business days - as soon as it's done, we'll ship it out as you specified! We've produced hundreds of pieces from large to small and do our best to give you the quality and service you deserve.

Can I just send you a photo if I don't have a digital file? How big can you make my mural?

Yes! We can use your good quality photo no smaller than 3"x5" (a wallet size photo is too small to convert properly). If you want to send a digital photo/file, that's fine too. The quality of your photo or digital photo or file is important - if it looks blurry or jagged to you, it will look that way here too. If your photo is crisp and clear or if your digital photo or file looks great on your computer, it should be fine. We can make your mural as large as your photo or digital photo or file will allow us to. We'll recommend a smaller size if there is any problem.
